Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher – University degree with strong problem-solving skills and a sharp, resourceful mindset.

Proven Tourism & Safari Expertise – Direct hands-on experience in booking tours, safaris, private guides, taxis, and managing tourist requests.

Flawless English & Phone Presence – Exceptional written and spoken English with a professional, confident, and persuasive phone manner.

Street-Smart Negotiator & Sourcer – Proactive in finding local suppliers, getting rock-bottom market prices, and overcoming obstacles with zero excuses.

Sales Driven & Fast Execution – Highly motivated, sharp, and quick-thinking with a “get-things-done” attitude and strong deal-closing skills.

Laptop & Tech Proficiency – Own a personal laptop, stable internet connection, and advanced proficiency in digital tools and fast online research.

Responsibilities

Client communication – Chat with clients on WhatsApp to understand their needs and provide fast, friendly support.

Coordinate with suppliers – Call and message local providers (e.g. drivers, guides, rentals) to check availability and collect offers.

Create and send offers – Combine multiple services into custom packages and calculate total prices, including fuel, entrance fees, etc.

Negotiate prices – Compare offers from different suppliers and negotiate better deals to improve profit margins or pass on savings to the client.

Confirm bookings independently – Handle the full booking process: confirm with suppliers, confirm payments, and finalize all details.

Expand our supplier network – Research and reach out to new reliable local providers to improve service coverage and pricing options.

Problem solving – Act quickly to resolve any issues with clients or suppliers and ensure the best experience.

Support – Make sure bookings are successful and provide support for clients and suppliers before, during, and after the booked services.
